1. Cheating & Exploiting
Cheating includes, but is not limited to:
- Using hacks, bots, or unauthorized software.
- Exploiting game bugs or unintended mechanics for personal gain.
- Modifying the game client to gain an unfair advantage.
Punishment: Permanent Ban
2. Account Trading & Real Money Transactions (RMT)
Buying, selling, or trading accounts, characters, items, or in game currency is done at your own risk.
- We strongly recommend using an authorized middleman for every transaction.
- The server is not responsible for any losses resulting from transactions made without an authorized middleman.
- Scam reports involving transactions without an authorized middleman may not be entertained.

3. Disrespecting Staff & Players
Any form of harassment, verbal abuse, or threats toward staff or players will not be tolerated.
This includes aggressive behavior, racial slurs, discrimination, and excessive toxicity.
Punishment: Mute → Kick → Temp Ban → Perm Ban
4. Advertising Other Servers or Games
Advertising or promoting other servers or games in public chat is prohibited.
Exception: Private conversations such as Whisper are allowed.
Punishment: Permanent Ban
5. General Violations & Staff Discretion
Any action that negatively affects the server or its community may be subject to disciplinary action, even if it is not specifically listed in these rules.
If you believe a punishment was issued unfairly, you may submit an appeal.
6. Inappropriate Content & Behavior
The following content and behavior are strictly prohibited:
- Sexually explicit content or illegal activities.
- Harassment, racism, discrimination, or targeted abuse.
- Excessive spamming, offensive character names, or impersonating staff.
Punishment: Mute → Temp Ban → Perm Ban
7. Bug Abuse & Reporting
Exploiting bugs instead of reporting them is strictly prohibited.
- Report any bugs or exploits to the staff immediately.
- Players who abuse bugs for personal gain will be penalized.
Punishment: Temp Ban → Perm Ban
8. Multi-Accounting & Unfair Advantage
Owning multiple accounts is allowed. Using them to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
- Abusing events, rankings, promotions, or rewards through multiple accounts.
- Using alternate accounts to bypass server limits, restrictions, or penalties.
- Any other use of multiple accounts that gives an unfair advantage over other players.
Punishment: Warning → Temp Ban → Perm Ban
9. Scamming & Deception
Scamming players through deception or fraud is strictly prohibited.
- Tricking players into unfair trades or stealing items.
- Impersonating staff or another player for personal gain.
Punishment: Item Restoration + Perm Ban
10. Account Responsibility
Account owners are responsible for all activity that takes place on their accounts.
- Do not share your account with anyone you do not trust.
- The server is not responsible for any losses resulting from account sharing, piloting, or unauthorized access.
- Any rule violation committed while using your account will be treated as the account owner's responsibility.
